Fastest-Growing Companies in the Gulf: Sectors and Names to Watch

From e-commerce and fintech to renewables and EV manufacturing, a new generation of GCC companies is scaling fast — many backed by sovereign capital and global partners.

The Gulf's fastest-growing companies cluster in five themes: digital and e-commerce, fintech and payments, renewables and clean energy, electric mobility, and logistics infrastructure.

In e-commerce, Noon (UAE/Saudi-backed) and Jahez (Saudi food delivery) continue to expand. Fintech leaders include Tabby and Tamara (BNPL), STC Pay and Hyperpay (payments) and Lean Technologies (open banking). Renewables are anchored by ACWA Power (utility-scale solar, wind and green hydrogen) and Masdar (international IPP platform).

Electric mobility is dominated by PIF-backed Lucid Motors and the new Saudi national EV brand Ceer (a JV with Foxconn). Logistics scaling stories include Aramex, Agility, DP World and the post-IPO Salik and Parkin stories in Dubai.

Underwriting much of this is a unique combination: deep sovereign balance sheets, government anchor demand, and growing capital-market depth that gives founders genuine local exit routes through Tadawul, ADX and DFM listings.
